Returns, shipping, personalizing and the small print, as they stand in the shop.
Returns
- Do you offer returns or exchanges?
- Yes and no. Personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned. Non-personalized items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused, in original condition and packaging. Contact me with your order number and the reason for return.
- Who pays for return shipping?
- The customer, unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect. A trackable shipping service is recommended.
- My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
- Oh no! Contact us within the first day of receiving it, with photos of the damage. We'll sort it out quickly, either a replacement or a refund.
Shipping
- Where do you ship from?
- Europe or the United States, depending on your location and product availability. This reduces shipping time and environmental impact.
- How long does shipping take?
- Typically between 4 and 7 days, but in some cases up to 21 days.
- How much does shipping cost?
- At the moment shipping costs are 5.99, and 2.99 dollar is added for every item, because the courier bases its costs on the weight of the parcel. Costs may change as tariffs and market conditions fluctuate.
- Can I track my order?
- Yes. Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Personalized items
- What can I personalize?
- Mugs and water bottles, among others. Look for "Personalize" in the product description.
- Does it cost extra?
- At the moment it's free. In the near future there will be a fee, clearly shown in the description.
- Where do I add my initials?
- Add the product to your cart and a text field pops up: initials for a water bottle or lunch bag, a name for a mug. For several personalized items, add them one by one.
- Can I change it after ordering?
- Only if the item has not gone to production yet, so contact me immediately. Please double-check before confirming.
The Celiac Cause and the small print
- What is The Celiac Cause?
- A platform to raise awareness for invisible diseases such as celiac disease. Many people still struggle because they haven't been properly diagnosed yet.
- How can I help?
- Start a conversation with a stranger, a co-worker, a family member or a loved one. Share what you know about the disease, and wear or use the merchandise to show you stand for the cause.
- Commitment
- Items are printed on demand, so slight variations in colour, placement and print sharpness may occur and are not defects. Products are sold as is, liability is limited to the purchase price, and bottle lids must be firmly secured before use (handwash only). The full terms are on the shop page.
