Last year, we were in Lima to attend a conference for Arnouds work and we did combine it with a small holiday break to visit Cusco, plus Aguas Calientes to visit the Machu Picchu. In Lima, I was pleasantly surprised to find out about Rafaella Gluten Free! We ended up staying longer in Lima than was expected which resulted in me almost ordering every item on the menu! To place an actual order as a foreigner was difficult to achieve. I’ve tried almost every platform that offers takeaway possibilities to be able to finalise the order to find out in the last step that I wasn’t able to complete the payment process. They didn’t accept our foreign debit nor credit cards. I managed to contact Rafaella Gluten Free directly and I explained my situation in which they were able to send me a personalised link to finalise the order (to see a snippet of our lovely conversation see my chat below!). I showed a confirmation from my payment to them after which they started to create the order! You can imagine that when the food finally arrived we had a very big appetite! Fortunately, it was worth the try. It turned out the be the perfect dinner! The best part was that their food is very pure! To my surprise the dish I ordered was originally without allium and didn’t require any adjustments!
