Siete – Grain Free Cookies

A friend of mine bought these cookies for me to try and I absolute love them! Certified gluten-free & vegan but you can’t tell! There made with almond flour & coconut oil plus a hint of Mexican Vanilla! My friend, Daniela, buys them in bulk via Amazon but I was curious which store in Westwood sells these cookies too.

I found them on sale at Wholefoods! I loved the chocolate chip cookies too much, so I bought another one of those and tried the Strawberry & Cream version. Which I haven’t tried yet. I was saving it to cook a dessert with. I was thinking of making a vegan custard with an custard apple while the cookies function as a layer of crumble! I will post it when I have tried to cook this dessert! I am very curious to try out there other flavours, Mexican Wedding, Double Chocolate Chip & Mexican Shortbread!
