Gluten-free Los Angeles
Every place on this page is one I ate at myself, as a celiac, and wrote up in full. Some are dedicated gluten-free, where you can order anything. Most are regular restaurants with gluten-free options, where it matters how the kitchen handles your order. Each entry says which it is, what I ate, and what the staff did to keep it safe.

Before you go
Menus, staff and kitchens change. Each review describes one visit, so always tell the staff you have celiac disease and ask how your order is prepared, even at a place on this list.
